i'm not a fan of ketogenic diets for humans unless you have intractable epilepsy or neurodegenerative disease
and i don't think it's in any way shape or form ideal for humans long term and by long term i mean anything more than a few days
i'm not a fan of that long term for humans there are certain situations where it certainly has benefit intractable epilepsy being one of one of them and if you really want to decrease your appetite but correct the root cause of that and i think that is seed oils in your diet
I think keto is going to be a problem for most humans long term and there are better ways to control appetite
