oranges a lot of the a lot of the the tropical fruits are pretty low um the white grapefruit is lower than the pink grapefruit the navel orange is lower than the clementines are one of the highest and tangerines are pretty high too but still it's only 20 milligrams per fruit so you can get away with some in the context of a carnivore diet you can get away with these fruits no problem okay so blueberries are pretty low too amongst the berries they're pretty low the cultivated ones are lower than the wild ones but either one if you're eating reasonable portion sizes half cup you're good
