I think the milk replacements are much worse for humans than real cow's milk
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
just don't drink plant-based milk
this plant-based milk is not better for humans it's not better for the planet and in any way shape or form
this plant-based milk is not better for humans it's not better for the planet and in any way shape or form and it's not better for you
I love on plant-based milks because the rhetoric around plant-based milks is so brazenly false that it gets me really triggered and so you look at Oatley or you look at whatever oat milk you've got we pulled two of them off the shelf at Central Market today and both of them say this sort of boilerplate rhetoric better for you better for the planet
