why in the world would we go about eating plant leaves and plant seeds or broccoli sprouts that are clearly highly defended these do not want to be eaten they're not good food for humans they're the most toxic plant foods
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
in case you guys were wondering this is why why would we eat plant leaves they clearly don't want to be eaten they're full of defense chemicals this is garbage sulforaphane all that stuff super misleading not good for you clearly a defense chemical when glucorapidine combines with myrocinase making sulforaphane i've talked about this on a ton of videos the other thing to know is that kale is the same plant as broccoli is the same plant as collard greens is the same plant as cauliflower these are all brassica vegetables they all have this defense mechanism it's been widely touted as healthy for you it's clearly trying to kill you
don't mistake leaves of plants as good food for humans this is survival food at best and should not be a part of your diet
vegetables probably not so good for you
