I would say that an animal eaten nose-to-tail is the ultimate multivitamin for a human and you know we can break down specific examples of that but I don't think there's any better food for a human in terms of bioavailability in terms of the proper ratios of nutrients and in terms of the total cumulative sum of all the nutrients that you can get
there's pretty strong a nutritional evidence that the muscle meat of an animal is not nutritionally complete and I think that eating animal nose-to-tail makes sense evolutionarily and is more nutritionally robust
