it's very hard to keep people uh to not overeat or or at least with the whole foods diet matching that in calories in the ultra-processed diet a lot of people just i started to understand why people probably stay lean on a whole foods diet because it's just very hard to overeat on that too
you probably don't have your normal satiety responses you end up with usually getting a lot of energy uh in in a small volume of food
