Also supplementing is, I think, a really important option. So looking at the 4% omega-3 index, comparing it to the 8% I mentioned, the five-year increased life expectancy, I think that there's been some studies showing that 1.5 to 2 grams a day supplemental omega-3 can bring people from a 4% omega-3 index to an 8% omega-3 index.

Those were really omega-3 intake and it was it was people that were eating fish andor supplementing. So, it's really kind of a com combination. Um, and so there's definitely like if if you can get your omega-3 index up to that level from from diet, it seems to be protective as well.
