I have liverwurst as you know your recommendation and I I got drunk shui or whatever that stuff's called that's like heart and liver and stuff it tastes really good
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I think liver a few times a week is great do you want to eat kidney if you want to eat heart sure like just just eat some organs
adjunct to your diet I really think getting the organs is important if you can get them fresh that's fantastic if you're traveling or you want to start with the pills or you want to use the pills for organs that you can't get normally do that they have brain heart liver kidney
and i believe your strong opinion that when you say meat contains all the nutrients there's a really interesting nuance here which is why you know i'm interested in in organs and eating nose to tail that if you just eat the mussel meat you get a lot of great stuff you'll get b6 and b12 and iron but it's when you add in the organs when you add in things like heart and liver and spleen and pancreas or even more exotic organs like brain or collagenous tissues or bone marrow or you know other organs that you start to really complete the picture
whatever you do get organs in your life because the nutrients in there are unique and irreplaceable
