Measuring your bone mineral density is easy. You can get a DEXA scan. They're widely available. I think they're a few hundred dollar. It's uh very less like $30 per session. Like very very very cheap. And it's less than one days of back background radiation. So you you can safely do it. It's not like a CT scan where you only want to do it if it's absolutely medically necessary. You you can do a DEXI scan. I do one per year.

Um, so DEXA is a super super low radiation scan. Nothing like a CT scan. Um, it, you know, takes 10 minutes, you lay on a table, a little scanner moves over your body and it's using two very lowd dose X-rays that are absorbed differentially by bones and soft tissues. And so it's able to differentiate between atapost tissue, bone, and lean tissue or nonatapost tissue.
