Yeah. My understand is it does. Um it's a good option for people who can't do other types of um weight bearing activity. I wouldn't choose it as like a first option though um just because there's other advantages to other weight bearing activity, right? Like there's metabolic health, there's, you know, V2 improvements, things like that. But if for whatever reason you can't do those other things, then the vibrating plates do work for activating um your bone mineral density for sure.
