It can lower blood pressure. So theoretically it can increase your chance of vasovagal syncope. A lot of people take it as a alternative to pump, because it kind of works similarly to citrulline, or different pump products in pre-workout, and it can certainly help with that. But if you're about to go do a deadlift where you might pass out anyway, it can certainly increase the chance of that happens, because you don't have that compensatory exercise, hypertension response.
