I talked to someone the other day. I'm taking this I think it's progesterone. I have to be I a progesterone. And she said, I feel awesome. The progesterone thing fixed my sleep. I have so much energy. I'm up in the morning.
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

you know we're really seeing a lot of women in the Middle Ground who maybe can't tolerate a full 200 dose 200 milligram dose of progesterone which would be kind of the the full dose but feel great at 50 to 100
you know we're really seeing a lot of women in the Middle Ground who maybe can't tolerate a full 200 dose uh 200 milligram dose of progesterone which would be kind of the the full dose um but feel great at 50 to 100 and so you know in many ways what we're trying to do is just find every woman's dose and like what's the amount of that you can tolerate and if it's sufficient great if it's insufficient we'll back stop it with a marina
But uh when we see many patients right they they feel better doing it 100 every day because it can help with sleep and anxiety reduction.
But we find women who are in that 1/3 to 1/ half group who are very positively uh selected towards progesterone. They feel fantastic at 200. The most notable improvement is sleep.
