So, what you did with blueprint um Brian was you took um two different types of um proteins um for most of these I think it was pee and hemp right and together when you combine those proteins together you get a amino acid profile that looks like what you're what you're showing on the screen there and that is good because it does a few things. It gives you ample amounts of the um branch chain amino acids which are particular types of amino acids there which are um isolucine um veene um and uh there's also uh the leucine which is very important for muscle protein synthesis which it has ample amounts of leucine in it and it doesn't have too high levels of methionine.
