Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.

Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
so what would be your protein goals for her yeah so it's uh honestly exactly the same as it is um males to females um the only difference is going to be the absolute total Target that we have for a female because our body lean body mass is a little bit lower so the required um or the the protein reference ranges to optimize um hypertrophy are anywhere from say 1.8 g of protein per kilogram of lean body mass uh all the way up to three gram of protein per kilogram of lean body mass
if you want to say lean body mass then you could pump it up to like 2 to 2.8 K of lean body mass
you can actually gain muscle on8 grams of protein maybe you can gain more muscle on 1.2 but you can still gain muscle on the8 gram protein per kilogram body mass per day
