is it getting enough glycine to balance the methionine or is there a sweet spot for protein because I think in terms of longevity and lean muscle mass as we age there's a clear signal that having lean muscle mass getting enough high quality protein I would Advocate from animal Foods animal meat and organs is critical but then there's also this signal that too much methionine may be bad is is there a glycine balancing in there or is it just a sweet spot how do you think about both of those together
