I'm gonna post a study that shows a really cool graph that goes like this in terms of survival and you go from low salt to high salt and basically it goes survival goes the longevity improves and the the best longevity is around 5 grams per day and then it just kind of levels off and Rises slightly past 5 grams a day of sodium which is 10 grams of salt per day at least
