flexibility is very good yeah it I can feel throughout the day if I'm loose or not this is just to two times doing this in the morning especially because the offset sitting oh yeah yeah we both got standing desks haven't we and got a cycle chair as well quite fun but you really this workout is designed to take care of basic bodily Health knees ankles hip flexors your anything on that that forms bad I should be extending further up yeah I'll destroyed because yeah flexibility it's a big part of uh people don't qualify flexibility you know or like introvert or spine often spine age as well it's one of the markers for that and you know it declines a lot with age it's really a massive cause of poor quality of life losing flexibility in poor msk markers
