However, there have been some studies coming out of Japan. They use infrared sauna. They have this whole protocol. It's called Waon therapy. They get people in infrared saunas, and then they wrap 'em in a towel, and they stay warm for X amount. So the whole protocol ends up being like an hour long, but, again, it's 140 degrees Fahrenheit, so it's an infrared sauna, and it's been shown to improve a variety of, like, coronary heart disease and conditions, heart-related conditions.
