if you look at a seed oil that's going to have a very high peroxidation index because it is a very polyunsaturated oil
Seed oils are an oxidative liability. Meaning that the more you stuff your body with seed oils, the more your whole body, every cell of your body and all of the mitochondria have to work to protect yourself from the oxidative liability that those seed oils are. The linoleic acid in seed oils is much more prone to oxidation than monounsaturated fats or saturated fats.
