So the first of course is the foundation of all mental and physical health, which is to get adequate sleep. Meaning enough sleep, whatever it is for you that you require, to get deep sleep, so it's got to be of high quality, and to time that sleep correctly. Meaning you can't sleep during the day one day, and at night the next day, and expect your system to function well. I've talked a lot about that before on this podcast. You need a relatively consistent sleep schedule most of the time, about 80% of the time, or even better would be 90% of the time.
