screens off one hour before bed
Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.

Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
screens off 60 min before bed
I go to bed early and they are yeah I've just developers were vacation like no one No One's Gonna text me or call me past 8 30 p.m
And for me it's actually more than 60 minutes. It's it's more like two hours. Um I I seem to have a elevated cortisol response especially to work email. So, like I just got to like I actually like for the most part cut that off at 6 p.m. like just no more emails.
