When I'm traveling in airbnbs it's very hard to get the room dark at night I sleep with an eye mask and I guess that's the best I can do is an eye mask over my um over my face but obviously there's no lights on in the room I have the shades drawn I try and turn off all the outdoor lights lights but you know the houses next door to me are having ambient lights at night everybody wants to light everything up at night it's crazy and so it's difficult for me to get the room as dark as I would like at night
