I don't use blue lights I don't use any lights that are not red after dark
sky that's going to be your cue to start turning your lights down inside of your house and transition over to more of the amber colored lights and then at night if you got to get up to go to the bathroom or whatever highly recommend just using red lights so you're not really messing up your shadian Rhythm too much

I have Philips hue lights that turn on red light. And they come on actually quite early. They come on around 5 p.m. In fact, when we have visitors, they start to go crazy when sunset, and it's like red, and they're like getting sleepy, you know.
And so ours go red at sunset and so there's no blue light coming. And it's really like, you know, to think about it, it really makes a difference.
