one study that I've quoted before is titled meat intake and cause specific mortality a pooled analysis of Asian prospective cohort studies people can look this one up if they want it's a study of over 200,000 men and women from Bangladesh China Japan Korea and Taiwan they were followed for six to 15 years and what they found was that you the men that ate the most red meat there was the lowest rate of cardiovascular mortality and then the women who ate the most red meat they had the lowest cancer mortality
