I focus on muscle obviously we have a we put a lot of into adequate protein intake but we focus on muscle for all the very reasons that you set because it it provides them more energy obviously a better body composition so as they lose weight they have they can maintain a better basal metabolic rate so those are the things that we hope phone in on and we have a very deliberate hypertrophy style training program that we like people to implement
