so i try and do that and i met to learn more about that i met with some researchers at harvard and some special forces soldiers and i do that through rucking a lot so i will i rock quite often for my workout i'll even i live on the edge of the desert so i try and spend just a lot of time outside and i'll even just do stuff like if i'm on a hike i'll just be like oh there's a there's a rock it's maybe like 30 40 pounds let's carry it for a mile like and it's just this totally like thing that my it's just a really interesting way to exercise and i think it has some like pretty amazing benefits like my core strength my back health has never been better
