I would encourage you to try to avoid High UV index times of the day because we know excessive sun exposure can lead to cancer spend time in the sun in the Early Mornings in late in the afternoon if you're out in the sun during the day with high UV index you can use a UV protectant umbrella
But if you're worried about UV, you can go outside for longer amounts of time for sunrise and sunset.
