I just would look for physical sunscreen that has broad-spectrum in at least an SPF 30 that's pretty simple
so over thirty you don't get that much more benefit so at but you should be using at least a thirty but that's talking about UVB if you want to protect yourself from uva and UVB which you should you should be using a sunscreen that says broad-spectrum
