So the sun is good for you like you know it's good for mood and for vitamin D and health also the sk the sun is not free anytime you're in the sun you're incurring skin damage so it's a trade-off and so you want to find the right balance so if you wear sunscreen but you sit in the sun you still get vitamin D but you don't get the harsh stuff yeah so I'm in the sun in the early mornings and the late afternoons but not when the UV index is high so that's one
