if you're in the case of caloric restriction so whether you're trying to lose weight or we're actually trying to control weight for you know weight purposes in terms of a sports where you have to be in a certain weight class or something like that what we may not be able to give you food in fact we may not be able to give you stimulants because of the sleep thing or because we're already like maxed on on stimulant um Now we can go this route and so at least like mentally you're a little bit there and you're more likely to be alert and focused and you can train harder despite the fact we didn't actually change fuel
