The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

I found that by taking Ketone IQ which we know increases blood ketones I can achieve much better focus for longer periods of time for any kind of cognitive work and much greater energy levels for exercise especially if I'm going into that exercise fasted and find myself a little bit hungry when I start that exercise
Ketone IQ is a drink whose active ingredient is called R13 butin dial. It's a ketone precursor that your liver converts into a compound called beta hydroxybutyrate. It's a ketone that your body uses for energy, especially your muscles and your brain. While there's more research to be done, a 2025 randomized placebo control trial tested ketone IQ in healthy college age adults. They performed 10-second sprints on stationary bikes. Each participant consumed half a gram of R13 butin dial per kilogram of body weight per day for a week. Amazingly, ketone IQ improved peak power by 10% and average power by 16% and a whopping reduction in fatigue of 30% with a statistical p value of less than 0.01.
