One is to enhance power output. So if you're engaging in something like Shotput throwing or resistance training or sprinting or something where you have to generate a lot of power, maybe you're doing rock climbing, but you're working on a particular aspect of your rock climbing that involves generating a lot of force, a lot of power. Well then in theory, alpha GPC could be beneficial to you.

alpha GPC is is very is very helpful for if you need to really lock in for a few hours and do something physically. I take 600 milligrams. You can take up to 900, but I do just fine on 600.
