there is this thing you've any amount of research to suggest that a one versus a two milk are different there is a protein in milk called casein and casein is broken down into bait a case of morphine and there are different lineages of cow's weight and when you say a1 and a2 milk what exactly's difference so it has to do with the way the casein is okay so the casein protein looks different in a one versus a two cows now buffalo goat sheep are all a two casein mean it gets broken down into a different type of casein a one cows which are most cows in the US get the casein protein gets broken down into a protein called b c m7 beta case of morphine seven there's an interesting amount of research that suggests that that protein is associated with higher incidence of bad stuff maybe it's more immunogenic i don't think like i said that it's an open-and-shut case but there's at least epidemiologic suggestion that it's associated with more type one diabetes maybe a little more atherosclerosis it's maybe a little more hypertension it's a strange thing
