I think that it is very very hard to get vitamin A toxicity from food and from reasonable amounts of liver unless someone is eating a pound of liver every day and that's the only thing they're eating I just don't see it happening
liver is really the powerhouse of vitamin a and vitamin a toxicity from eating cow's liver is very i've never seen a documented case of that cow's liver is 20 to 100 000 times less rich in vitamin a than polar bear liver which is kind of this wives tale so for most people i would not worry about vitamin a toxicity eating you know ounces of liver every day
