I make sure I get enough D3 typically from The Dropper 5,000 IU per day approxim sometimes 3,000 sometimes 7,000 I kind of play around that and I test my blood levels
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

I take 5000 IU of vitamin D why um largely because this is one of those things where I think the risk is insanely low... but having looked very critically at the vitamin D literature which is insanely underwhelming — I think it is almost assuredly the result of very lousy studies that add no value to our understanding of the problem so the dosing has been wrong the duration has been wrong the compliance has been wrong and the targeting has been wrong

I will say this in our practice we consider below 30 to be deficient not 15
I do supplement with 5,000 IU daily and that takes me to 50 to 60
I do I mean I live in Texas and our sun is a lot like yours and I'm in the Sun every single day and I don't even put sunscreen on anything but my face so my arms and legs I'm not you know shirtless usually but my arms and legs are constantly exposed and I think if I'm not supplementing vitamin D I'm lucky to be above 40 so I I I do supplement with 5,000 IU daily and that takes me to 50 to 60
