D3 um a thousand IUS per day 5,000 IUS I guess it depends a little bit yeah uh being very close to Antarctica in the southern hemisphere in the winter uh very low sunlight exposure um looking around the 5,000 same with upper Northern Hemisphere UK that kind of stuff closer you get to the Equator the less you need
if I were in the situation or somebody in my family the situation I would think about something like 2 to 5,000 I use of vitamin D3 a day
