Uh yes, I I get I didn't do this I don't think as um before blueprint I had the idea that protein was good for you but I also had this very skewed perspective that I was much like common culture today where you want to pound protein. So before I would get these those big tubs of whey protein with 25 grams of protein, scoop it up, you know, zero like one net carb or whatever because you're trying to like reduce carbohydrates because the idea was carbohydrates are bad.
