you need copper to balance zinc so you don't just want to be eating zinc in animal Meats without getting some Copper from organs mushrooms are also a good source of copper but it's questionable how bioavailable that copper is but you want to make sure you're getting enough copper in your diet don't just get lots of zinc that imbalance can cause problems for humans
