we know that heat and cold stress can induce oxidative stress in the human body we don't need sulforaphane to do this we don't need resveratrol to do this we don't need plant molecules to induce oxidative stress we do not need molecular hormetic molecules from plants but this is exactly what so for a fame is doing so for a fame is an oxidative stress just like the cold stresses

i talk about a study with cold water swimmers in berlin showing that when you go into cold water that is also an oxidative stressor that also turns on nrf2 and causes it to dissociate from keep one and increases the amount of glutathione and would then protect your dna in the same way
what happens when you swim in cold water your glutathione levels go down oxidative stress happens activating the nrf2 system and then your glutathione levels go up in the future because there is a quote-unquote hormetic effect
