You can just walk backwards on the treadmill and I mean I just like this for my knees. It feels good to walk backwards on the treadmill. Kind of like really work the ligaments and tendons in my knees in a different way and strengthen the knees.
yeah backwards treadmill genius throw in a Nordic for good measure obviously I like to be outside too get the sun in my eyes throughout the day Etc but bare feet on the grass one of the things I love about being here is it's easy to be outside I got grass and jungle and all kinds of good stuff here
