there's been some great research on boron lowering sex hormone binding globulin raising free testosterone both of those are good things that's in males generally if you look in females boron tends to normalize the hormones as well
there is some evidence that dosing boron at about 10 milligrams a day for a few weeks will lower sex hormone-binding globulin and can increase free testosterone
six hours of supplementation showed a significant decrease on hormone binding globulin hscrp tnf Alpha after one week and samples taken at 8 am only the mean plasma free testosterone increased the mean plasma estradiol decreased significantly dihydrotestosterone cortisol and vitamin D increased also concentrations of three inflammatory biomarkers decreased after supplementation
supplementation with 10 milligrams of boron per day for four weeks uh resulted in 84 of the subtle metal dose being recovered in the urine plasma estradiol concentrations increased significantly as a result of supplementation and there was a trend for plasma testosterone levels to be increased

Supplementing with 6-12 mg per day can increase free testosterone (not total testosterone) by suppressing SHBG.
But like it may, it does seem to work for some people. And in general, it can be a supporting adjunct that some people are, it's not something you typically get through your diet in like significant quantities anyways. Like often people will it'll come into multivitamin typically but the quantity that moves the needle for SHBG I believe was like 6 to 12 milligs and can be meaningful for actually liberating free testosterone not for actually producing more total tea.
