Every MD that I've had on this podcast who has a specialization in in endocrine stuff will say the goal is to keep your estrogen as high as possible without running into side effects. That's good for your brain.
when we hear about the effect of estrogen in preserving brain function my understanding is it's also true for men. and that one of the ways that it helps preserve brain function is that it helps keep the the blood vessels and capillaries very pliable. It's like very good for the cardiovascular system.
