I would also argue that most human disease that's chronic is autoimmune in nature it's inflammatory and those are essentially synonyms
one of the things that keeps coming up in my mind as the theme is the idea that autoimmunity is really the root of chronic illness today and it's inflammation and if you think about disease it almost all has an autoimmune component at least chronic disease
