i was so interested in my insulin response in my metabolic health which we can define my insulin sensitivity i continue to check my labs fasting insulin is perhaps the most important blood test you can check
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.

i think that people get fasting insulin every month and in my opinion this single blood test which probably cost 35 would change the medical system would change the horizon would change the landscape i mean it should be less than 5 micro iu per ml it's probably less than three mine was recently 2.4 micro iu per ml
there's a much easier way to get at this issue which is just get a freaking fasting insulin i think that people still get fasting insulin every month and in my opinion this single blood test which probably cost 35 would change the medical system would change the horizon would change the landscape i mean it should be less than 5 micro iu per ml it's probably less than three mine was recently 2.4 micro iu per ml
hey man you need to be insulin sensitive we need to make sure we're checking your fasting insulin and that we're actually doing research and really thinking about what makes people insulin resistant
