Read your entire blog, I always hoped someone could come up with a holistic and scientific method to live the optimal diet & lifestyle.
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
The foods we’ve selected to consume have me maintaining world leading biomarkers.
Personally, my team and I have spent 3.5 years evaluating population-level scientific literature, implementing the best science into my body. Over this time, I've become the most measured person in history. Today, I have the best comprehensive biomarkers of anyone in the world.
Interestingly, the data-driven evolution of my personal diet has independently converged on a strikingly similar dietary pattern.
we looked at scientific evidence and this is the result a diet exactly mapped to produce 50 perfect biomarkers my speed of Aging is currently slower than the average 10 year old
it's a process of measuring extensively I think I'm potentially the most measured human in all of history then it's taking that data and it's trying to assess the very best evidence now that's that's an art because again you scientists look at the same data and they come with different conclusions so it's looking at the evidence then it's implementing a protocol in a subject like myself where I'm trying to be perfect in protocol adherence and then it's repeating data evidence protocol and do it again and again and again
we think that yeah what we achieved in my body is the best in history not to say it's the only way of doing it it's just that no one has ever measured this much with this much rigor with this methodical approach
my team and I have gone through a methodical process over the years where we've built my diet much like I built software at brain Tre venmo when you build software you build version one and it moves to version two and version three every version gets a little better cuz you remove the bad stuff and you add more good stuff I've done the same thing with my diet we've gone through all the scientific evidence we've combed through all the best studies we've identified what the clinically relevant dose is we've put that into a program where every calor has to fight for its life I then ingest it for a while we measure my body and I become the most measured person in history and we see did it have the effect we thought it would have and we repeat this again and again and again version one to version two to version three
Actually, we base the scientific protocol on population level studies. We learned what worked for a large number of humans, not just me. Now, of course, I make small modifications here and there for myself, but generally speaking, these things are based upon population level evidence.
My entire longevity protocol is based upon a gold standard set of biological age measurements. These are benchmarked against population level studies to know where I'm at as a percentile.
For example, my diet every day is 2,250 calories. And the philosophy is every calorie must fight for its life.
So when I was going through this process, we went through all the scientific literature. We said, "What are the best performing foods and nutrients that one can digest?"
