that's pretty similar to my normal diet which have you if you get my newsletter you know is meat organs honey sometimes dates and occasional other fruits and that's about it i like having a simple diet i feel really good with that diet
i'm an animal based omnivore and i think that's consistent with our evolutionary lineage i don't think we should get dogmatic and say you're not carnivore because you eat fruit or you eat honey i'm eating the majority of my diet as meat and organs and animal fat
