but I mean liver is part of the product of course
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
we are not getting enough organs
well that's not true they will give these hunting dogs and they'll give the stomach uh sometimes to the dogs but definitely the intestines so the intestines go to the dogs they may clean out the stomach and eat the stomach but everything else they eat the kidney they eat the pancreas they eat the they the spleen they ate the brain they eat eyes they eat everything damn if you
not exclusively liver but a variety of things you want to have heart you probably want to have a little kidney you probably want to have liver as the big three and then you probably want to get a few other organs from time to time just to round out the nutritional content of your diet
the first thing we did was throw the baboon on the fire to sing the hair off cut it open and we ate the organs immediately the heart the liver the kidney the pancreas the spleen it was all eaten immediately
Our ancestors thought of meat as meat and organs, not just muscle meat. Muscle meat is one type of meat, but there's also liver, heart, spleen, kidney, pancreas. Our ancestors would never have wasted these organs, which is why I am such a big fan of getting organs into your diet.
that's actually the healthiest meat in the animal is the organs and that's you know when you look at our carnivorous ancestors they were only eating those meats they were actually giving the muscle meat to their dogs and to things like that they were going for these nutrient-dense organs that were incredible
