whether we're eating liver or heart or pancreas or brain or scapular cartilage tracheal cartilage or special types of cartilage like the intestines and the gut and the stomach we are getting unique nutrients
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I am super big on using organs from animals eating those to tail that is how we get the nutrients we need to complement the very rich muscle meat but I think that there's not quite enough in muscle meats
our muscles have different physiology than our liver than our kidney than our spleen than our brain then you know any piece of your body than your blood and so our body uses nutrients differently throughout the body so the muscle piece of muscle meat like a steak is not the same nutritional content as liver or kidney
so it's just the idea that if you look at where the nutrients are distributed in animals it's fascinating to realize that they're throughout the animal they're not just in the muscle they're in the muscle and the heart and the brain and liver and the kidney and the spleen and the pancreas and the thymus and the bone marrow and so we don't have to eat all of those organs all the time but if we really want to be optimal eating as many as we can is better
in a regular day it's very possible that I will eat all of these organs in the day
so you guys all know that nose to tail eating is hugely important for me i love liver like i said in the intro to this podcast ben and i have eaten all sorts of organs including testicle together and i think this is a key part of the way that our ancestors used to eat organs that is left out it's one of the reasons that i'm so passionate about helping people get these organs back into their diet
what we clearly see over and over is that whole animal foods that is animal meat and organs especially liver heart kidney spleen pancreas the important organs that are found in nose tail eating these support human health and they always have
Notice i said meat and organs if you are not getting organs in your life you are missing unique nutrients get liver get heart get spleen get pancreas get kidney
If you need more organs in your diet, I believe getting more organs either fresh or desiccated in your diet will significantly improve your overall quality of life.
