Many of the studies that looked at >> meat rich red meat rich diets versus uh plant-based diets. The problem is a lot times the red meatenrich diets had a bunch of other things in them like sourcing wasn't considered. There was also a lot of um starches like because nowadays you find people who seem to at least feel better. Who knows about the longevity aspect, but feel better eating red meat, fruits, and vegetables, limited amounts of starches versus so I feel like the nutrition studies are a mess. They're kind of a disaster.
