Carbohydrate intake is based on activity level. The more active you are, the more carbohydrates you will need. Start at 100-150g per day and adjust from there…
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
yeah and i think that's good for people to know 70 to 150 i think is a great region of carbohydrates for most people in a day and some people use metrics like oh start out at 90 and then you have to earn more than that based on how active you are so for me if i'm surfing for extra hours i'm going to have a few more carbohydrates it does seem to be reasonable but that 90ish mark seemed to be when things got better for me and i would cycle in carbs
i think every human should probably be getting 100 to 150 grams of carbohydrates a day in their diet
how many carbs should I eat I think most people need at least 100 grams of carbohydrates a day at least probably you're going to do better with 125 or 150.
I think everyone should adjust or can consider adjusting their carbohydrate intake based on their activity level and what they're doing not everyone is probably going to need 300 grams of carbohydrates plus per day
I think that for most people 150 125 grams of carbohydrates a day is essential for Optimal Health
how much do I think you should get at a baseline I think you should get at least 150 grams of carbohydrates a day on top of that depending on how much activity you're doing but generally people feel better with a little bit more than that I'm eating probably close to 300 G of carbohydrates a day personally
scale your carbohydrates to your activity level but don't fear carbohydrates I think the bottom end for carbohydrates for most people should be around 100 or 150 grams per day I think if you get less than that you're just putting your body into undo states of stress
